Windows XP Still Popular for PC Users


Although Windows 8 has been released, users still seem loyal computer using Windows XP. In fact, Windows XP is already "old" 11 year use is still higher than Windows 7.

The market share of Windows XP in April 2011 had reached 55.84%. Meanwhile, the market share of Windows 7 is still at 26.36%.

In April of this year, Windows 7's market share has gone up to Rp 38.67 percent. While Windows XP only dropped to 46.08 percent.

In one year, Windows 7 up 12.31 percent. While Windows XP is down 9.76 percent. It also means that both the OS are still in demand by the market.

Indeed, to switch from Windows XP to Windows 7 is not a difficult matter for individual users, although there is no specific path to upgrade directly from Windows XP to Windows 7.

But the problem is for the corporation that is not easy to switch to a new operating system. This is due to a lot of hardware and software that may not be compatible, but must deal with computers in large numbers and time consuming.
If there is no update, your computer is vulnerable to malware exposure. So Microsoft asked computer users to immediately switch to using Windows 7.
